On 7da8aec images-browser can occasionally prevent the webui from fully loading and restarting the webui multiple times is required. This is on 39ec4f06ffb2c26e1298b2c5d80874dc3fd693ac (dev) of sdwui. So, gradio 3.31.
This is what you would see when this happens and it hangs:
which is right before the is normally hosted and you would be able to use the webui. Ie. when it would say "url hosted on http://etc"
