LinqPad Integration Missing #43

It seems that a LinqPad integration was included in the 5.0 release, however, I can't find it in the distribution. Is it possible to include that here?

Linqpad integration is an Enterprise-only feature and is not available in open source. If you would like to use it, you can download the latest NCache enterprise edition from the following link:

http://www.alachisoft.com/download-ncache.html
