Fix the documentation links #69

I see that all the links related to the operational side (install, admin, docker) are broken. :)

Hi Inaie,

I've just reviewed the NCache documentation and links that you mentioned and they seem to work just fine. Is there any specific link or documentation where you're seeing this? If so, please share it here and I will review it myself.

The only working link in the docs is the one to the Programmer's Guide.
