rps-auto: Reorganize generic+reusable code #102

The spec files should be as sparse as possible in order to showcase an intuitive and approachable API (keeping in mind they could ultimately be used to persuade other developers to start using our tools).

Likewise, the standard library and accompanying modules should make sense if someone were to look at those as well.

My first priority up til now has been to make the tests work at all, so some of what I've built isn't named or situated very well yet.
