Aboute itransmission i cant pass 200 kb on wifi what can i do

No iam not spaking of iFiles iam spaking of iFile.deb to becam Ifile.ipa  and 
instalit withou jailbreak and hav the acsse to root folders to play 
itransmission files downloaded

Oh so you want to install iFile on an unjailbroken device? If so, as far as I 
know, that's impossible. I'll look into it for you later.
