Field line height not large enough to show diacritics #43

Increase field size so diacritics do not get cut off. For example, if you had typed ai͜, the digraph marker is completely invisible in the pronunciation field.

The fields themselves could also use a little padding so the text isn't just right up against the edge.

The field size has been increased, and some extra padding has been added to make fields less claustrophobic in general.
