I was thinking we could switch to using these XML files, since they include a CONDITION_1 value, so that we can test that functionality when we make changes. so maybe we could remove the Qatar files instead?

oh ok you said pdf file. i tried to remove them before but apparently it didn't work. i don't see them on my local computer. not sure why...
