xml2pdf API endpoint #54

@dwightkuo Creating this issue to fix problems associated with xml2pdf endpoint. Few notes:

  1. Writing PDF currently is a two step process: Knit HTML and then use chrome_print() function to convert to PDF.
  2. The function requires launching Chrome browser (headless).
  3. There are trouble setting this up in a Docker container.
  4. So far I have tried using either chromium or google-chrome, with little success to launch a browser for the function to run.

How urgent is this endpoint? I can look at this deeper!

It’s not urgent ….I thought it would be an easy way to do the conversion but I’m open to alternatives as well
