Update to 3.5.0. #338

This PR updates the project to 3.5 to fix linking issues with Alamofire 4.8 when using Carthage.

Goals :soccer:

This PR also updates some project settings and Travis config.

No code changes.

Testing Details :mag:

A few tvOS resizing tests were disabled, as they're flaky on new OSes.
