What license is this code under? There's no LICENSE file

Thanks! I appreciate you looking out, this code interfaces with the GPL 3.0 controller ATmega8u2 code, so it's meant to be GPL as well, since it doesn't work without that part of the project. Added the license files and updated the project to show that!
