I think it could be really useful to add the option to perform univariate tests between ROI. I'm planning to write a function illustrating what I mean and will share it with you. I;m thinking of something like ROC analysis, t-tests, and maybe ANOVAs, all based on ROI defined either manually or based on clustering results.
