This pull request improves existing elements and adds some new features by linking both transactions and accounts modules.

In addition to the mentioned issues, the following bugs were fixed:
Errors in Instrumented tests
RTL issues with some views
Crash caused by transactions from archived acconts
Adds status bar to Filters dialog fragment
Unit tests can work without loading android resources
Hint animations were triggering on activity/fragment creation
The following internal changes were made:
ViewTintingUtil supports the new spinner library
Creation of androidUtil package
Drops usage of interfaces in MainActivity and replaces it with navigation component
Uses viewbidning instead of findViewById()
Resource naming is clearer now
All tag, extra and arg constants now follow the same convention
Removes ListUtil class in favor of ISpinnerItem interface
Improves custom fragment factory

Dialog to see unresolved transactions for a certain month and account
Special category for transfers
