Fail to Memorize Option Parameters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Chose "tools" and then "Options..."
2.Memorize the right parameters (Remote Host, Port, User Name,Password...) 
and save it giving "OK"
3.Chose again "tools" and then "Options..."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expext to see the parameters i've memorized just few second before.I see 
instead in the port field the number 68110, in the user name field the TCP 
address of the Remote host,in the refresh interval again the number 68110, 
in the path parameter i find again the tcp address..and so on..a lot of 
wrong parameters..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: v1.3  
Operating System: Windows XP Service Pack 3

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a problem that i found also in the Version 1.2.

Please attach your transgui.ini file. Search for transgui.ini file in your 
profile
folder.
