Save config files on where transgui.exe is located #165

I see that Transmission-remote-gui saves preference and configuration 
(transgui.ini, geoIP, etc.) files on the application data, namely 
"C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Transmission Remote GUI" when using 
windows 7.

Is there any way i can save it into the installation directory or where 
transgui.exe is located so it can be portable?
