Incompatibility whit 1.80.3 version #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Transmission 1.80.3
2.Run remote-gui from my computer
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Remote-gui don't work and break with a error.
JSON element "announceResponse" not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Transmission 1.80.3
Windows Vista SP2
