wrong percent indication in the version 1.3.1 #174

After the update to the version 1.3.1 my torrents consist of 1000,0% (I
mean the blue bar in the column "Done"). Have you invented a new percent
arithmetic? That's funny :-)

One more information: I used with the previeous version 1.3 and still using
Transmission 1.76 (9395). So the percent calculation shouldn't have a deal with 
the
Transmission version - it must be only a GUI issue.
