Sorting by "Status" doesn't differentiate "Finished" and "Stopped"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have some finished torrents which are completely downloaded
2. Have some torrents that are not even started
3. Press "Status" column to sort by Status

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Columns are sorted by Status, and all "Finished" (completed, and then
stopped) are separated from all "Stopped" (not started, or stopped after
start).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
transmission-remote v1.3 on WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems that all Finished and Stopped items are sorted just in alphabetical
order without a difference between status.
