Error message shown when torrent is stopped and restarted #196

Some trackers transmit an error text when one torrent is stopped manually.
1. Stop one torrent manually
   TRGUI -> General tab -> Error: No error - torrent stopped
2. (Re-)Start same torrent
   TRGUI -> General tab -> Error: No error - torrent stopped

It seams that the error text which is shown in TRGUI is kept from the time
the torrent is stopped even if the message is not transmitted again after
restarting the torrent. The download symbol will get shown with red color.
The only possibility to reset the wrong behavior is to stop and restart the
transmission deamon.

The transmission web interface does not show this wrong behavior.

This problem occurs only with some ALT trackers and with transmission
daemon 1.80 and above.

Should be fixed by r250 and r252.
