Automatically start the next torrent in queue #209

[Feature Request]
Currently using transmission-remote-gui with a NAS (qnap TS-210).
This is a Must-have feature : when a torrent is finished, next file in
queue starts.
That could prevent to overload a NAS with too much simultaneous torrents,
and/or downloading them without having to start each one of them by hand.
Keep up the good work, transmission-remote-gui is great, thanks for it.

This feature should be implemented in the daemon.
