No support for danish characters

I just made a translation to Danish. Ther letters Æ, Ø and Å are not 
recognised

I see question marks "?" instead.

I run the transmission-remote-gui 1.4 on a Windows XP computer

I have attached the danish translation

Hi Wilhjelm!

Your language file is ANSI encoding.
Try it in UTF-8 encoding.
Exaple use the notepad++ (for downloading this tool, simple write to the 
google), open the file, and set to encoding to UTF-8 (encoding/encode to 
UTF-8), correct the marked chars, save, and test it!
