Download screen for update geoip database not in transgui language file #250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose to update the geoip database
2. Choose yes to update the database
3. Observe the box that shows the download progress. It is in english. And I am 
unable to locate the corresponding text in the transgui.template file. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4 on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

realy!

I found 2 another issue:

1, server/port OK, but user/pass NOK
2, server/port NOK

I attached 2 screenshots

XP/7 same...

Imre, The error messages you provided are not localizable. The first one is got 
from the Transmission daemon. The second one is hardcoded in the Synapse 
library.

The download window messages will be added.
