Sorting by Status doesn't work properly in 1.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the status column

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Torrents should be sorted by status, but torrents move around several times and 
when they stop, some torrents are not grouped. Sorting by name, size, % 
completed, etc. work normally.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Transmission Remote GUI 1.4 on Windows 7 64-bit connecting to Transmission 2.01 
on Debian testing (Squeeze). Seems to be a regression since torrents were 
always sorted properly on 1.32.

After one of my torrents finished, the status column started functioning 
normally. Odd.

With all torrents either seeding or finished, the order constantly changes and 
will not stay in any particular order. Sorting by something else still works as 
expected.
