unable to set ratio

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Tools/Transmission Options, check "Seed ratio" and set value e.g. 2,00
2. "Ok" and reopen the dialogue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Ratio field still on 2,00. Actual behaviour: Ratio is 9999,00

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
transgui_1.4-1ubuntu8_i386.deb and transmission 1.72 (8714) on a fonera 2.0n

I just reproduced it on another machine with Andreas Notengs 2.0-0ubuntu2, same 
server.
Wich versions did you test?

I tested with transmission 1.9x and 2.0x. The seed ratio setting works well. I 
suspect the problem is related to 1.7x version of the daemon.

Ok. So I will try to get a newer version of the daemon. This could take some 
time, I never built a package for fonera.
