1.4 Mac Client prevents sleep/shutdown #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Close macbook lid or attempt to shutdown macbook while application is running.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect macbook to sleep or shut down. Instead, an error message is presented 
after some time that shutdown could not occur due to application. In case of 
sleep, the macbook wakes up almost immediately.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
transgui-1.4.dmg on OS X 10.6.4
