Peer list no longer updates when torrent switches from leeching to seeding r413 #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download and select torrent before it completes
2. select 'peers' tab to view list of peers
3. wait for torrent to switch from leeching to seeding

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Peer list to keep updating, instead the peers list stays stuck on the list of 
peers just prior to the download of the torrent completing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r413/gnome/linux
