Option to hide filtering by download dir or put it after tracker list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a lot of different download dir
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It will be great if there is an option to hide download dir or at list display 
tracker list before download dir

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Transmission Remote GUI 2.0 on Windows 7 x86

I attached two screenshots in order to have an idea. As you can see the red 
part is really big and I need to scroll a lot in order to access to the tracker 
filter which is the more convinient for my use.

An ability to put this tracker filter before folder filter or the ability to 
hide folder filter will be very useful for me
