We should add a "paused" filter #268

We should add a filter for torrents, which paused manually (such a filter is 
transmission-remote-dotnet). Filter "inactive" struck me as awkward as it 
displays not only paused torrents but downloading and seeding torrents

Using 2.1.1 today (post r424), this is not working.  The "Stopped" filter shows 
up, but the list is empty.  In my case there should be ~10 torrents, but there 
are none listed.

Mac OSX 10.6.4, Transmission 2.04

Works fine for me. What count is displayed for the "Stopped" filter?

I just updated to the latest SVN, the only items that show in paused is 
incomplete downloads, no completed downloads you pause show there...

The first post only mentioned manually paused torrents, it didn't say if they 
had completed or not, imho both should show under paused if they are manually 
stopped...

Yuri, I think deltafoxtrot256 rights: "Stopped" filter should include all 
torrents stopped (paused) manually - completed and incompleted
