French translation

I translated the transgui file into french and compiled to test the result.
I may produce Spanish one soon or later.

I checked today the windows version under windows XP, and the arrow chars I 
used for column names (upload and download) don't work... 
Anyway here a version with arrows that works for most fonts in XP ... except 
Tahoma
And a version with abridged words.

I took some time to validate the french translation wich is nice and clean.
I would suggest a change : "Enlever le torrent et les données" en "Supprimer". 
It will use two differents french words for two differents notions : "remove of 
the list" and "remove completly".

To be fully compliant to the typographics French rules, the ":" must be precede 
with a white space.
FR => Statut : Terminé
EN => Statut: Finish

I think "Supprimer" is too ambiguous, also I like it this way, similar to vuze 
and explicit.
Transmission gnome client translates in "Enlever et supprimer les données", 
that's good too.
