Path browser with mount binding #290

Hello,

I'm suggesting here the next functionality that would be nice to have for 
common users.

In the torrent opening window, next to the saving path, there could be a button 
with "..."
It would bring up a path browsing window that lets you choose any path you 
want. When the path window returns the result, if the reverse binding fails 
it's equivalent to a "cancel", and it may show an error popup.

Better, at the opening of the path browser a forward binding of location path 
could be done. Keeping the path history very useful.

I tried to do it myself but feel a bit lost, not knowing Pascal at all. But if 
you could point me the methods to open browser and popup I could handle it.
