Not using the system-default scroll-speed #306

What steps will reproduce the problem?
copy scrolling-behaviour from a previous (1.x) version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
scrolling the torrent-list should be as fast as scrolling i.e. in a 
web-browser. instead it is "one line scrolling". In a previous (1.x) version, 
transgui used the system-default scroll-speed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.1 - Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
If one-line scrolling is a feature, please make it configurable. :)
