Enhancement:
I use my mobile phone browser sometimes to access transmission to temporarily 
cap the bandwidth usage of transmission. it would be great to have this little 
button on the toolbar of transmission-remote-gui. so when i access NAS 
anywhere, i can re-enable/disable it.
