Main window size and position are not saved

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resize or move the main window (make it full-screen or resize manually)
2. Close the application
3. Run the application again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the the same size and position of the window as before the 
application was closed. I see the default window size and position (the same as 
after installation) instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.1 MacOSX 10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.
