Settings of GUI are reset sometimes

Happen 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start GUI
2. Set necesary options (column order, enable "close to tray")
3. Run for some time (possibly with some disconects)
4. Exit from GUI and start it again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Settings are stored, same column order.
Instead, аfter start, columns are reset to default state, as well as options.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Vista (32-bit), GUI v. 2.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Haven't seen this issue for a while, so I guess you could close it for now. 
Once it will be visible again, will write a new bug report.
