Setting "close to tray" are ignored in rare cases #335

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start GUI
2. Configure necessary settings, enable "Close to tray"
3. Run GUI for a while, some disconnects may happen and then reconnect
4. Minimize GUI to tray using (x) in top right corner of window (normal "Close"
button of any Windows application)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: application is minimized to tray.
Instead, the application do exit. If GUI is started again, the option "Close to
tray" is shown as enabled (ticked), but pressing (x) still result in exit from
application. If after starting again the option "Close to tray" is disabled,
pressing (x) results in exiting as it should. After starting again, and
enabling option "Close to tray", setting is saved, but pressing (x) still
results in exit. Problem disappear by itself somehow (after some restarts of
GUI or restart of host). The main observed behavior was that option "Close to
tray" was totally ignored.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Vista (32-bit), GUI v.2.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Wasn't able to reproduce, seen just once. Possibly issue disapper after laptop
restart.
