Extract modified main menu from core mod #104

I've nearly forgotten about this one. This change enables compatibility of core mod with iwads/ipk3s

Extracted menu is here, you can create a separate repo for it (but I don't think few lines of text worth it) or you can just ship it as is (just rename .zip to .pk3): Toby-Accessibility-Simple-Menu.zip

The reason why this is important is that Toby Accessibility Mod is loaded as a MOD always after iwads/ipk3s When its loaded it overrides whatever menu there is inside iwad/ipk3 No way around it except to extract menu and to load it only when its needed.

Merged the change. I will place the menu pk3 within the Add-ons folder and incorporate it into the batch files to load with the Core.
