Updates to the SNDINFO's and Sound Bindings.
Programed Item Sound Bindings for Heretic Inventory Items.
Added Actors in Viewport Sound Definitions. Will be working on the sound bindings soon.
Will be doing more tests to see if we can have a separate add-on file containing the Toby Heretic sounds or we will have to incorporate the sounds into the core mod.

Wait. Why is this all getting merged into core? From a quick glance it looks like it belongs to heretic addons.

Alright, I'll merge them as is and when my situation will improve maybe I'll reshuffle them between modules.
