Tweak armor balance. - Githubissues

I'm not sure how much work needs to be put into this, but here's what armors haven't had their stats checked, and a few other things that need handling:

[x] Ablative Armor needs its description reverted to what it used to be before commits https://github.com/BlindMindStudios/SR2Beta/commit/39c75128f463762e2805dfc4df88547698e2532e, https://github.com/BlindMindStudios/SR2Beta/commit/e0f84cbeac147c094f2bcfc1caf35375f8d7e3a7 and https://github.com/BlindMindStudios/SR2Beta/commit/2e63c566ef50dc5ffe62776b2a95bb8252af2bda or its stats tweaked to fit the current vanilla description. Given that we already have an anti-energy defense in the form of Powered Armor, I'm leaning towards reverting the description.
[ ] Support Ablative Armor needs tuning
[ ] Liquid Armor needs tuning

I am planning on redoing the whole thing so if i decide its impossible i continue with this.

I'm reopening this. As far as I know, nothing's been done to resolve points 2 and 3 (except your marking them as resolved), and you've provided no explanation as to why or even if you feel that their current state is satisfactory, just 'zzzz'.
