For stuff like vaaish's Alternate Interface. Also, for easy hybridization with that.

• [ ] Short-term goal: Figure out just what vaaish has been messing around with so I can bridge the gap in those scripts.
• [ ] Short-term goal: Write up a script to parse skin definitions.
• [ ] Short-term goal: Hammer out a skin definition file first.
• [x] Short-term goal: Finish writing this issue.
• [ ] Short-term goal: Write a default 'vanilla' skin definition, and an AI skin definition.
• [ ] Short-term goal: Release the framework as a standalone addon for compatibility purposes.
• [ ] Long-term goal: Make a complete framework instead of just bridging the gap with AI.
• [ ] Long-term goal: Figure out more long-term goals.
