Summary:
since rgb value of css colors are not available in WCSS 5.0.8, so an alternative would be needed.
color-mix is one example and is implemented in this update. references: https://caniuse.com/mdn-css_types_color_color-mix
also update the instruction example of using sass & css in transparent colors section page.
