Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We would like to expose our themes and have them hosted on the DocsSite so that they can be consumed and used by our Theme Switcher Chrome Extension

We're not locked to pulling theme css files from the DocsSite. If we can find a way to pull from the raw file on GitHub we can do that instead.
