Update example project to use only current components #12

Describe the bug

Example project is directing users to use old Orion versions of our components like WCSS and design tokens. These should be updated so that people aren't installing old deprecated versions. This should also be used as an opportunity to update the demo to be a more useful example of auro components.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'http://http://auro.alaskaair.com/svelteSetup'
  2. Scroll down to 'Setting up new ...' section
  3. review the npm install instructions

Expected behavior

Documentation should direct users to use current versions of all packages rather than outdated Orion packages and demo should be a useful representation of Auro components.
