Remove dependency on node-sass #102

Cannot install WebCoreStyleSheets on Node 16

The peer dependency of node-sass blocks installation of Auro components on Node 16 because node-sass will not install there. Either remove node-sass as a peer dependency, or replace it with dart-sass
