Is theme and darkmode support needed for WCSS? #126

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Theme and darkmode support is needed in order to integrate with the new JetStream theme from ITS.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to discuss what kinds of impacts there are on WCSS given this new theme and color support models.

Exit criteria

This issue has been created to start the discussion for how we would support this new request. It is expected that this issue will be closed once a new issue has been created that defined a working specification and acceptable exit criteria.

Additional considerations

Is Auro a theme like JetStream or is Auro the design system that has currently only has a default theme?
