feat(gridstyle): add a new class for a fixed two column layout

Need a new class to support the 2-column layout with a fixed width for the first column to be used for the left navigation component.

• Added support for the new grid breakpoints
• Added new class two-column, fixed-nav, and fixed-anchor.
• Uses the @extend rule in scss to minimize code and also to share styling across the three classes for a 2-column layout.

STILL NEED TO DO:

• Write tests for the newly added mixins and styles inside of the _grids.scss file.

This is to add support for new classes to be used for the 2 column grid layouts containing the left navigation module.
