Maintenance updates

• Update to latest WCSS version
• Strip Focus-Visible tooling
• Switch from node-sass to dart-sass
• Fix accessibility test

Bug Fix Updates

• Remove visibility rules from animation
• Add styles to collapse div.detailsSlot element when div.details is collapsed (via height rules).
