remove ie11 support; update dependencies; upgrade nodejs

Fixes: #29

Summary:

• removes "ie 11" as a transpilation target in browserslist config
• updates all devDependencies as high as possible without causing major breaking changes in the project
  • the following dependencies could not have their major versions upgraded due to breaking changes:
  • rollup
  • stylelint
  • stylelint-config-idiomatic-order
  • stylelint-config-standard
  • stylelint-order
  • stylelint-scss
• used npm audit fix to patch numerous vulnerabilities in package-lock.json
• updated Github Action to build the project in node v18, and test in 14/16/18
• fixed an error in the 'README' file for building the demo
• fixed errors in the script/link tags in the 'README' for installing assets from CDN

With these changes, auro-avatar__bundled.js reduces from 60 KB to 37 KB.
