Summary:

This PR is to provide the feature mentioned in issue https://github.com/AlaskaAirlines/auro-carousel/issues/24

• add centerSelectedOnRender property
• add actionOnChildrenReady function
• add scrollToSelected function

Also updating eslint rules 'max-lines' to warn.
