Unknown token reference #182

Please describe the bug

The following code has a token reference that I can't validate exists.

Reproducing the error

Expected behavior

Validate that the token exists update to a new new appropriate token.

This issue can be closed once the token has either been validated or updated to the correct one via the design spec.

Issue was resolved with other work updating all the tokens to the new spec.
