Remove backstop.js #278

General Support Request

backstopjs devDep 6.2.1 ❯ 6.3.3 is causing build errors. This feature was never fully realized and it's not being updated.

Possible Solution

Remove support for this from the repo.

This issue can be closed once all the dependencies, scripts and resources have been deleted from the repo for this test service.
