Update docs and validation to account for dynamic implementation

Summary:

• Implement min js system for javascript examples
• Implement formvalidation repo to replace local validation
• Refactor code to fix dynamic implementation bugs
• Add dynamic example
• Refactor demo structure and IDs for radio buttons
• Add optionSelected attribute feature to be able to query the selected radio button through attribute
